Return Policy

30-day returns

Changed your mind? You can return bumpers within 30 days of delivery for a full refund of the purchase price, as long as they are:

• Unused and not installed (no screw or nail holes)
• In their original condition, without marks, cuts or stains

How to return

1. Start a return with your order number and email address. Eligible returns are approved right away. (Ordered by phone? Call us at 256-775-1322.)
2. Print the return slip and put it inside the box. Pack the bumpers securely, ideally in the original box.
3. Ship the box to the address on the slip. We recommend a trackable shipping service, because we can't refund returns that don't reach us.

Return shipping

• If you changed your mind, you pay the return shipping.
• If we sent the wrong item, or it arrived damaged or defective, we pay: we'll send you a prepaid return label (or simply ship the replacement) at no cost to you.

Refunds

Once we receive and check the return, we'll refund you to your original payment method (PayPal or card) within 5 business days. Your bank or card company may take a few more days to show it.

Damaged or wrong items

Please check your order when it arrives. If anything is damaged, missing or not what you ordered, contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos, and we'll make it right with a replacement or refund.

Custom sizes

Bumpers made to a custom length outside our standard 12" to 46" sizes are made just for you, so they can't be returned unless they're defective. Defects are covered by our 1-year warranty.
