About these terms

These terms apply to every order placed on this website or by phone with Boat Dock Bumper, Cullman, Alabama ("we", "us"). By placing an order, you agree to them, along with our Shipping, Return Policy, Warranty and Privacy Policy, which are part of these terms.

Prices and payment

• Prices are in U.S. dollars and can change at any time, but never after you've paid for an order.
• Payment is taken when you place your order, through PayPal (PayPal, Venmo, Apple Pay, Google Pay or a debit or credit card). We never see or store your card number.
• Sales tax is added where required by law, based on the shipping address.
• Discount codes can't be combined, have no cash value, and may end at any time.

Orders

Your order is accepted when you receive our order confirmation email. If an item was listed at the wrong price because of a mistake, or we can't make or ship it, we'll contact you, and you can either confirm the corrected order or receive a full refund. We may refuse or cancel any order, for example one that appears fraudulent, and will refund anything you've paid.

Made to order

Every bumper is made to order. We aim to ship within the production time shown on the website, but times are estimates and can be longer during busy periods. If your order will be noticeably late, we'll let you know.

Shipping and delivery

We ship to the 48 contiguous United States only, as described on our Shipping page. Delivery dates from the carrier are estimates. If your order arrives damaged, please follow the steps on the Shipping page and we'll make it right.

Returns and warranty

Returns are handled under our Return Policy, and defects under our 1-year limited warranty. Bumpers made to a custom length can't be returned unless they're defective.

Using the bumpers

Bumpers are designed to cushion boats against docks during normal docking. You're responsible for choosing suitable sizes and installing them securely, following our instructions and any rules for your dock or marina. Bumpers don't replace safe boat handling, fenders or mooring lines, and the dock planner on this website gives suggestions only: please check measurements before you order.

Limitation of liability

Except for the limited warranty on our Warranty page, products are sold without any other warranties, and any implied warranties (such as merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose) are limited to the length of that warranty, to the extent the law allows. To the extent the law allows, we aren't liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages (such as damage to boats, docks or other property, or lost use), and our total liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for it. Some states don't allow these limits, so they may not apply to you, and nothing here limits rights you have that can't be limited by law.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Alabama. If a dispute can't be resolved by talking with us first, it will be handled in the courts of Cullman County, Alabama, unless the law where you live says otherwise.

Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. The terms in effect when you place an order apply to that order.
